Operator and scope
Whetstone Validate is operated by Angad Singh. Contact angadsingh6005@gmail.com with service questions.
These terms cover the current demo, including the local copy and the private hosted version prepared for joinwhetstone.com. The demo is provided for exploring startup ideas and planning customer research.
What the demo provides
You can describe an idea and generate a plan containing assumptions, interview questions, and possible experiments. Reports use predefined rules based on your form entries.
The current version does not call real AI, browse the web, verify competitors, access product metrics, or interview customers. The supplied Briefly example is fictional and demonstrates the report format.
Use reports as a starting point
A report does not establish demand, willingness to pay, product-market fit, or the likelihood of business success. Suggested interview counts, pilot sizes, and outreach steps are planning targets. They are not measured results or promised outcomes.
Check suggestions against your circumstances and gather evidence from potential customers before committing time or money. Reports do not provide professional legal, financial, or investment advice. You remain responsible for decisions and commitments you make using the suggestions.
Your entries and reports
Entering an idea does not transfer ownership of it. Whetstone does not claim ownership of your entries or permission to publish, sell, or train an AI model on them. The current application processes them in your browser to display the report.
Use information you have the right to use and respect other people's privacy and intellectual property. You decide whether to save or share your report. A report does not establish that an idea, product name, or business model is original or legally available.
Fees and external actions
Whetstone does not charge for this demo, sell subscriptions, process payments, or contact prospective customers for you. Paid pilots or business models mentioned in a report are suggestions for your own experiments.
The demo does not make offers, enter agreements, or spend money on your behalf. You are responsible for accurately explaining and honoring any offer you choose to make.
Availability and saved work
This is an early demo. Suggestions may be incomplete or unsuitable, and features or access may change. Continuous availability, support, and recovery of unsaved reports are not guaranteed.
A fresh page load resets the application's form and report. Save a copy if you want to keep one. The local copy requires the project files and, when used, the local server. The private hosted copy also depends on hosting and access services.
OpenAI's own terms apply separately when you use an OpenAI account or its access services. Whetstone does not provide or manage that account.
Privacy and future changes
The privacy policy explains form processing, downloads, website delivery, and contact messages.
We will review these terms and the privacy policy before enabling features such as real AI, accounts, saved submissions, or paid plans. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
